As a Sales Associate, you will be an important part of that mission. You will talk with clients, learn what matters most to them, and guide them toward insurance solutions that make sense for their lives and goals. Responsibilities
  • Connect with prospective clients and current customers to understand their insurance needs
  • Present insurance options clearly and help clients choose coverage that fits their situation
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and renewals in a timely and thoughtful way
  • Maintain accurate records of client conversations, policies, and next steps
  • Support policy changes, billing questions, and general account service as needed
  • Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through additional coverage and policy reviews
  • Stay current on product knowledge, carrier guidelines, and insurance procedures

Requirements
  • Active Arizona Property, Casualty and life insurance license or willingness to obtain one within the required timeframe
  • Experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle client conversations with care
  • Comfort working with CRM systems, phone systems, and standard office software
  • Organized follow-through on leads, quotes, and policy paperwork
  • Self-motivated work style with steady attention to detail
