Isle of Wight County Schools is now hiring an Administrative Associate I for the 2026 2027 school year! This unique 10-month split position serves both Carrollton Elementary School and Windsor Elementary School, with the selected candidate alternating between the two schools every other day.
The minimum starting pay for this position is $20.20 per hour.
We are looking for someone who is organized, welcoming, adaptable, and passionate about supporting students, staff, and families. Administrative Associates are often the first point of contact for visitors and play a vital role in helping schools operate smoothly each day.
