The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with tasks related to recruiting, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training, and special projects. The ability to ensure accurate information is processed as well as the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality is a necessity for this role.The position includes a generous compensation of up to $65K and a full benefits package. (This is not a remote position).Human Resources Generalist responsibilities include:
  • Recruiting functions - Running ads, initial screening of candidates, forwarding resumes to the hiring manager, scheduling interviews, drafting offer letters, setting up and monitoring drug test, physical and background checks.
  • Handling all general functions of HR, payroll, benefits, and basic compliance.
  • Onboarding new hires including compliance and other paperwork, work badges if needed,  and assisting with integrating employees into the organization.
  • Compensation and benefits administration.
