Job description

Ziegler Companies is seeking a Graphic Designer to create visually compelling and brand-compliant marketing assets that support enterprise campaigns, sales enablement, retail marketing, digital channels and corporate communications. Ensures the Ziegler brand is consistently represented across all customer and employee touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials across digital, print, retail, event and sales channels.

  • Execute visual designs aligned to brand standards, messaging frameworks and creative direction.

  • Develop campaign assets including advertisements, brochures, presentations, email graphics, landing page creatives and social media content.

  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback through revision cycles

  • Support retail merchandising initiatives through signage, displays, promotional materials and location branding.

  • Create and maintain templates and design systems that improve efficiency, consistency and scalability across the organization.

  • Partner with Integrated Marketing to scope, prioritize and deliver campaign design needs on schedule.

  • Maintain and organize enterprise digital assets and design libraries.

  • Collaborate with the Video & Digital Content Producer to create integrated multimedia campaigns.

  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality, accessibility and brand standards.

  • Responsible for print-ready file presentation, vendor coordination, digital accessibility, version control and template governance

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media or related field required

  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a corporate or agency marketing background

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital and campaign design is required.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), PowerPoint, Figma/Canva, and familiarity with presentation software

  • Experience building templates, design systems and scalable brand assets.

  • Strong typography, layout and visual communication skills.

  • Ability to present and defend design decisions to non-design stakeholders

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Travel:

  • Less than 10%

Minimum Physical Requirements:

  • Standing, walking, using hands, talking, hearing

The pay range for this position is

$64,400.00 to $77,250.00

Starting wage is dependent on skills, experience, education and location. Pay range may vary by 10% depending upon the applicant's location. Along with competitive pay, full time positions are benefits eligible which includes:
