Job description

That's why we are seeking exceptional Client Service Representatives who bring warmth, compassion, and professionalism to every interaction.

As the first and last point of contact in our Gold Certified Cat Friendly Practice, our CSR team plays a pivotal role in shaping the client and patient experience. From welcoming clients at check-in to coordinating appointments and supporting the medical team, our CSRs help create a calm, positive environment that reflects our dedication to feline-focused care.

We are looking for individuals who offer:

  • A genuine love for cats and commitment to client service

This position offers 8-hour shifts, with compensation based on experience ranging from $20-$23 per hour. Coastal Cat Clinic also provides a competitive and comprehensive benefits package. Please note that Saturday hours will be required at this time.
