Job description

Sales Representative, Global Accounts

Applications will be accepted through 2/28/25.

The world's largest companies—including 80% of the Fortune 500—count on ADP’s Human Capital Management solutions. As a Sales Representative for Enterprise Accounts, you will grow new market share for ADP’s cloud-based Human Resources solutions to large market prospects (3,000‑15,000 employees) within a defined territory.

What You'll Do
  • Grow Our Business While Growing Yours. You will work independently and collaboratively as part of various teams within your assigned geography to attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts.
  • Plan and Report to Achieve Success. You will develop an annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals required for revenue attainment, compile “Account Plan” documents for prospective clients, describe existing products used, potential sales, and related selling strategy to create a robust pipeline, and maintain a prospective business report identifying opportunities and activities necessary to close client accounts.
  • Market & Conduct Market Research. You will develop prospective client sources using various communication mediums, plan client seminars, and use sales‑automation tools to define penetration strategies, identify competitive prospects, and plan strategies to increase market share.
  • Collaborate Daily. You will serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the broader network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards. You will work closely with U.S. and Global Enterprise Accounts sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships.

This role thrives on teamwork; a lone-wolf approach may not be suitable. We support personal training and development in an informal, diverse, non-bureaucratic environment that is sensitive to work‑family balance and flexible schedules.

To Succeed in This Role
  • 5 or more years of enterprise‑level sales experience.
Bonus Points for These
  • Industry knowledge and/or knowledge of ADP’s competitors is an asset.
You’ll Love Working Here Because You Can
  • Be yourself in a culture that values equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Belong by joining one of our Business Resource Groups.
  • Grow your career in an agile, fast‑paced environment with plenty of opportunities to progress.
  • Continuously learn through ongoing training, development, and mentorship opportunities.
  • Be your healthiest with best‑in‑class benefits starting on Day1.
  • Balance work and life with resources and flexibility.
  • Focus on mental health and well‑being while providing exceptional service to clients.
  • Join a company committed to giving back and generating lasting positive impact on communities.
  • Get paid to pay it forward through company‑paid time off for volunteering.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The compensation for this role is $54,300.00–$117,400.00 per year. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, matched retirement savings, wellness program, short‑ and long‑term disability, charitable contribution match, holidays, personal days and vacation, paid volunteer time off, and more.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Equal Employment Opportunity at ADP: ADP is committed to an inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace, and is further committed to providing equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristic including: race, color, genetic information, creed, national origin, religion, sex, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, lawful alien status, ancestry, age, marital status, protected veteran status or disability. Hiring decisions are based upon ADP’s operating needs, and applicant merit including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, ability, availability, cooperation, and job performance.

Ethics at ADP: ADP has a long, proud history of conducting business with the highest ethical standards and full compliance with all applicable laws.
