This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation.
Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client.
Overview
The Senior Associate, Global Operations will play an integral role in the execution and delivery of the global billing reconciliation process for 40+ key markets. This individual will partner with global agency Finance, Accounting, and client teams in the processing of media billings, review of proof of performance evidence, maintenance of operational billing trackers, and execution of the global billing process from initiation through client submission and follow-up for assigned business divisions and campaigns.
Responsibilities
Execute Global Billing Campaign Reconciliation
    • Work with 40+ markets to execute contractually obligated billing requirements and support assigned billing workstreams.
    • Develop, review, and deliver delivery confirmation and invoices through client-owned billing portals.
    • Monitor global compliance, maintain operational trackers, and implement new processes as needed.

Local Market Invoice Review and Client Billing Package
    • Review monthly local market invoice submissions, billing summaries, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
    • Review and reconcile 3rd party proof of performance evidence submissions against invoiced amounts.
    • Coordinate with applicable markets to resolve discrepancies and secure required revisions in a timely manner.

Client Billing Submissions
    • Create, review, and maintain client delivery confirmations, invoice submissions, and related billing records.
    • Submit delivery confirmations, quotations, and invoices through client billing systems (e.g., BQMS).

Market Process Communication/Training
    • Work with global markets, Finance, Activation, and client stakeholders to address issues, resolve discrepancies, respond to routine billing inquiries, and meet client deadlines.
    • Coordinate recurring billing-cycle communications, status updates, and follow-up actions across assigned business divisions and campaigns.

Qualifications
  • BA or BS in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in a Finance, Accounting or Media Billing Operations capacity
  • Agency experience is highly preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with some foundational knowledge in Power Query, and working with PivotTables, advanced formulas, VLookups, etc.
  • Experience working with automated project management (workflow) computer systems
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Consistent habit of "managing up"
  • Comfort level managing complex processes/details
  • Excellent organizational skills with time line sensitivities
  • Possess the ability to adapt to new systems
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate to numerous groups of people

Compensation Range: USD $60,800.00 - USD $84,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
