  • Prepare closing entries for asset acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
  • Account for direct investments, joint ventures, and associated consolidations
  • Partner with the investment team on post-close funding mechanics and sources/uses planning
  • Manage cash, liquidity forecasting, and capital planning across entities
  • Allocate expenses across funds and review loan documents for debt compliance requirements
  • Prepare audit schedules and coordinate responses to auditors and tax preparers
  • Manage relationships with external service providers across audit, tax, legal, and fund administration
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support systems implementation
  • Respond to LP requests and due diligence inquiries in coordination with investor relations

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in accounting with 3+ years in private equity, infrastructure, or real estate funds
  • 2+ years as an Assistant Fund Controller or at the Fund Controller level
  • Big 4 or large regional public accounting background auditing PE, infrastructure, or real estate funds
  • Strong technical grounding in multi-fund, multi-entity allocations, US GAAP, and ILPA reporting standards
  • Highly proficient in Excel and experience working with fund accounting platforms
  • Hands-on experience working with a third-party fund administrator
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
