Job Summary:
Synergy ECP is an IT services firm known for delivering high-quality solutions. They are seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to support the development of the FBI FDP system using a Postgres/Java/React technology stack, focusing on delivering features and capabilities for MVP release.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Design, develop, implement, test, and maintain front-end and back-end application components.
โ€ข Integrate components, create new custom capabilities, and make modifications to existing codebases.
โ€ข Participate in planning, requirements analysis, development, testing, and quality assurance across the full SDLC.
โ€ข Conduct code reviews, participate in architecture sessions, and provide input on development best practices.
โ€ข Support automation and optimization of operations and maintenance tasks.
โ€ข Collaborate with the Product Owner, BA, and Test Engineer to ensure features meet functional and acceptance criteria.
โ€ข Plan and execute application deployments, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
โ€ข Ensure compliance with 508 accessibility, enterprise security practices, and other practices as needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 8+ years in full-stack software engineer experience.
โ€ข Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
โ€ข Strong experience in Java, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, and relational database development (Postgres preferred)
โ€ข Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, GitLab, containerization, and modern agile delivery.
