Position Overview:Edgesource is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Manager to assist with the migration of our current on-prem production system to our customer's cloud platform. This position requires that all job duties be performed full-time onsite in the Chantilly, VA area.
Job Duties:
  • Support cloud migration efforts with the current on-prem infrastructure is based on Microsoft Windows servers with several Always-On SqlServer Clusters
  • Build software components in .NET Core
  • Support the re-design of existing software infrastructure to adopt cloud-first infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
  • Possess an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Bachelors plus 16 years of related work experience OR 21 years of experience in lieu of a degree
  • Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise software solutions
  • Experience supporting cloud migration efforts
  • Experience with Angular/Typescript
  • Experience Microsoft ASP.NET REST API
  • SqlServer Database experience
Desired Qualifications (NOT REQUIRED):
  • Experience with Python programming language
