We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer who's excited about building full products that leverage AI. We primarily work with JavaScript (Node.js) and a bit of Python, so familiarity with these technologies is a plus. More importantly, we want someone who can turn innovative ideas into tools that thousands of real estate professionals rely on.
You'll collaborate with our product, design, and platform engineering teams to bring impactful AI-driven features to life, all while using a modern tech stack you're comfortable with
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
  • Build Full-Stack AI Features: Use JavaScript, Node.js, and Python to integrate AI capabilities into our web applications. You'll be building real-time features that enhance the way real estate professionals work.
  • Own End-to-End Development: From backend APIs to frontend UX, you'll deliver features that blend AI seamlessly into our core workflows like CRM, transactions, and marketing.
  • Build and Integrate AI Agents: Work on creating and integrating AI agents that utilize large language models and vector databases to help agents move faster and smarter.
  • Scale & Deploy: Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure our services are secure, scalable, and built on modern infrastructure like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap and deliver impactful features.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
Required:
  • 3+ years experience building web applications (frontend + backend).
  • Solid programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar.
