The team consists of Portfolio Managers, Underwriters, Credit Analysts, Treasury Management and Commercial Card professionals, and Capital Markets partners. This team manages Commercial and Industrial relationship throughout its life - developing meaningful connections with management of the companies they serve. Always mindful of the changes in the company, its industry, etc., over time that might create a change in their financial service needs.

As theCommercial Team Lead, you will lead a team of professional sales and product specialists which collectively shape Commercial & Industrial solutions that will entice prospective companies to award new business to UMB. From a sales and servicing perspective, you willassistinestablishingsales goals,establishservice policies and standards that will increase client satisfaction and retention. Because this is a leadership role, you will have high visibility in the company and community,assistinsettingthe sales strategy for the region, and play a criticalroledeveloping new business. Engaging and building relationships with your team, internal stake holders, business owners, CFO's, CEO's, Controllers, and working with existing clients, you have the ability to help clients achieve their financial dreams, streamline business processes and help them better understand their working cash flow needs.

$150,940 - $236,390

US Employees in Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin:

$137,820 - $216,420

US Employees in all other states not listed above:

$124,690 - $196,440
