Job description

Position Summary...As the Manager of Operations & Implementation, you are the primary "architect of deliverables" for the Medical Affairs team. Reporting directly to the Medical Affairs Director, your role is focused on the high-level execution of content and clinical evidence synthesis. You will act as a bridge between strategy and reality, translating complex medical concepts into the actual assets, decks, and business cases needed to drive initiatives forward.
This is a technical, "hands-on" role for a clinical professional (PharmD, RN/NP, or MD/DO) who prefers producing high-quality work and deep-diving into clinical data over high-level project coordination. What you'll do...• Execute Strategic Deliverables: Own the creation of key Medical Affairs materials, transforming conceptual ideas from leadership into polished, ready-to-use business assets. • Clinical Insight Extraction: Deep-dive into clinical research, trials, and medical literature to distill complex data into actionable insights that support specific business goals. • AI-Driven Efficiency: Expertly leverage AI tools to research, draft, and refine outputs, significantly increasing the speed and volume of the team's high-quality work. • Technical Content Creation: Build sophisticated, data-driven presentations and documents using the Microsoft Office Suite that clearly articulate clinical value to internal and external stakeholders. • Clinical Translation: Act as the subject matter expert who can explain scientific evidence in a way that is relevant, accurate, and impactful for business operations. • Quality & Accuracy Ownership: Ensure every deliverable is clinically sound, detail-perfect, and aligned with the organization's medical standards. What You’ll BringClinical Foundation: An advanced degree (PharmD, BSN/RN, NP, MD, or DO) with the ability to interpret and critique peer-reviewed research. • The "Maker" Mentality: You find satisfaction in the work itself—building the slides, writing the briefs, and synthesizing the data. You are a specialist in doing, not just overseeing. • Microsoft Office Mastery: Expert-level skills in PowerPoint and Excel. You should be comfortable building complex narratives and visualizing data sets effectively. • AI & Digital Native: High proficiency in using generative AI and other digital tools to streamline research and document creation. • Communication & Synthesis: An elite ability to take 50 pages of clinical data and summarize it into three compelling slides or a one-page executive brief. • Meticulous Detail: A sharp eye for nuance in clinical language and a commitment to producing error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
