We are seeking an entry level Sales Associate to join our team! As a Sales Associate. This role's primary initiative is to elevate our brands through professional representation, strategic planning, and measurable execution with clientele. 

Responsibilities 
  • Understand the client’s business model, target audience, and objectives. 
  • Align event marketing efforts with sales outcomes, ensuring campaigns support both brand positioning and revenue growth
  • Manage event marketing campaigns and sales interactions with consistency. 
  • Prioritize relationship-building and accurate messaging. 
  • Represent products and services professionally while identifying opportunities for meaningful sales conversations
  • Gather real-time feedback, qualify interest, and support follow-up efforts that move prospects through the sales process. 
  • Support expansion into new markets while maintaining sales quality and brand standards. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional environment
  • Ability to learn and execute sales techniques and best practices in customer service
  • Willingness to work well in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly and accurately work a register

Compensation: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
