IT Engineering Manager - (Merchandise Operations Management)

What You'll Do

In this position, you'll play a key role in building and evolving the Engineering foundation that powers our SAFe-based Agile Release Train (ART). You'll:

  • Lead our Tech Stack Admin team and collaborate across all our engineering teams, developers, and enterprise shared services
  • Provide applicable functional and technical expertise across the MOM Engineering functions
  • Improve Engineering patterns, tooling, integration, and infrastructure to elevate speed, quality, and stability
  • Drive continuous improvement through metrics, measurement, and engineering talent development
  • Mentor others to strengthen Engineering awareness and best practices across the organization

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years of hands-on IT Manager & applicable engineering experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate complex concepts clearly
  • Experience collaborating across large, global organizations with a demonstrated drive for results
