Job description

Environmental Engineering Manager

The position will provide leadership and strategic direction for all environmental engineering, compliance and sustainability activities for a large manufacturing plant and three distribution centers with up to 25% travel when needed.

Direct supervision of a large team including three Environmental Engineers, an Environmental Technician and an hourly environmental team. Position will report to the General Manager.

Technical expertise should include all areas of air (permitting including Title V, PSD/NSR permits), water and waste management.

The key to this position is having proven experience managing a complex environmental program at a plant level AND managing environmental professionals. Leadership and management are most important!
