Job description

Summary
CTC Group is seeking Target Analyst Reporters to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions. As a TAR, you will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Analysis/Reporting expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to Intelligence Community (IC) requirements and in accordance with customer missions of Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations.
  • Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information obtained from passive and active collection, network evaluation and analysis, and from related collateral sources (for example IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source, and others as needed) for use or decision by Government personnel.
  • Maintain awareness of internal and external customer needs. Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements.
  • Share target-related information, and provide feedback to customers as appropriate. Issue appropriate products, which relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and/or situational awareness regarding specific targets, as well as countermeasures and courses of action, if applicable.
  • Help develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance and build target knowledge and improve collection.
  • Perform pre-release quality control functions.

Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance
  • Relevant experience must be in an area directly related to the customer's mission (e.g., collection, cyber and intelligence analysis) and/or a similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports.
  • A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable.

Level 1 Requirements
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • 4 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, or
  • 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or

Level 2 Requirements
  • 9 years of relevant experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • 7 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, or
  • 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
  • 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or
  • 2 years of relevant experience with a Doctoral Degree

Level 3 Requirements
  • 12 years of relevant experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • 10 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, or
  • 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
  • 6 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or
  • 4 years of relevant experience with a Doctoral Degree

Level 4 Requirements
  • 15 years of relevant experience with a HS Diploma/GED, or
  • 13 years of relevant experience with an Associate's degree, or
  • 11 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or
  • 9 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, or
  • 7 years of relevant experience with a Doctoral Degree

Pay Information
The final salary may be influenced by various factors, such as location, labor categories, experience, education, and/or certifications. CTC also provides a variety of benefits as well as opportunities for continuous education and development.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $185,000.
