Job description

Markon is seeking a Target Analyst Reporter 2 to support the Fort Meade customer by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence in support of mission requirements. This role is responsible for evaluating intelligence from multiple sources, producing serialized SIGINT reporting, and collaborating with collectors and analysts to refine collection strategies and deliver timely, actionable intelligence products. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SIGINT reporting and collection, and proficiency with agency-specific tools and methodologies.


  • Research, analyze, and report intelligence in response to mission requirements
  • Prepare and disseminate serialized SIGINT and other intelligence reports using approved reporting vehicles
  • Prioritize, assess, and evaluate intelligence from multiple sources to support operational decision-making
  • Collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection strategies and reporting requirements
  • Develop intelligence products that communicate developments, trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness related to designated targets
  • Share target-related intelligence and provide feedback to mission partners and customers as appropriate
  • Perform pre-release quality control reviews to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with reporting standards
  • Develop and maintain databases, working aids, and target profiles to improve target knowledge and collection effectiveness
  • Maintain awareness of customer priorities and mission requirements to ensure responsive intelligence support

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience; Master's degree and 3+ years; Doctoral degree and 2+ years; Associate's degree and 7+ years; or High School diploma/GED and 9+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence in support of operational missions
  • Experience with SIGINT collection, analysis, and serialized intelligence reporting
  • Proficiency with agency-specific tools and methodologies, including GRAPEVINE, TESTFLIGHT, RAD, CHRONICLE, and TARGET PROFILER
  • Experience drafting and editing serialized SIGINT reports, KL reports, or similar intelligence products
  • Strong analytical, research, and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting Fort Meade intelligence, SIGINT, cyber, or collection missions
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Target Development and Network Analysis (TDNA)
  • Experience integrating multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT and OSINT
  • Degree in English, History, Communications, International Relations, Political Science, Languages, or a related liberal arts field
  • Experience mentoring junior analysts or supporting intelligence production quality assurance

USD $130,000.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr.
