- Foster strong partnerships with plant leadership to ensure manufacturing readiness and successful implementation of new technologies.
- Represent engineering project execution in leadership reviews, governance forums, and project update meetings.
- Drive collaboration across multiple sites, functions, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
- Influence and align stakeholders to support project priorities, resource allocation, and delivery objectives.
Manufacturing Readiness & Operational Excellence
- Ensure manufacturing sites are fully prepared to support new product launches and capital equipment deployments.
- Oversee:
- Equipment and process readiness
- Validation planning and execution (IQ/OQ/PQ)
- Documentation completion
- Training and operational readiness activities
- Manufacturing handoff and sustainment planning
- Champion Design for Manufacturability (DFM), standardization, and scalability principles throughout project development.
- Lead vertical startup and ramp-up activities to ensure operational performance targets are achieved before handoff to operations.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, quality, environmental, and safety standards.
Project Controls & Business Performance

- Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems.
- Establish and maintain:

- Apply industry best practices in program management, risk management, and project execution.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives designed to:
- Reduce project execution risk
- Improve speed, predictability, and cost performance
- Strengthen cross-functional integration
