Job description

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.


Minimum Requirements

  • Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy with a bachelor's or associate degree.
  • Active state license required to start. Licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) is required for this specific Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist role.
  • At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in outpatient clinic environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation, patient evaluations, treatment planning, re-evaluations, and discharges.
  • Experience in financial, administrative, and personnel management or demonstrated leadership responsibilities in a clinical setting.
  • Ability and willingness to pursue professional development through affiliations, workshops, and conferences.

  • Provide inclusive outpatient physical therapy treatment and develop personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses.
  • Objectively measure patient outcomes using outcome-measure software.
  • Efficiently document evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharge notes.
  • Manage daily clinic operations including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and a positive clinic culture.
  • Collaborate with teammates to grow clinical skills and support clinic growth.
