The Associate Director of Individual Services leads well-being initiatives focused on individual services. This role provides strategic leadership to support student success through evidence-based individual, interpersonal and institutional strategies, including Wellness Coaching, BASICS , and Gamecock Recovery. Primary duties include: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the team providing individual services. Provide leadership and supervision to student and professional staff and foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development. Manage, report, and publicize Student Well-being's progress toward the achievement of unit, divisional, and university objectives.
Working closely with the department and leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with university, division, department, and unit priorities Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including students, university administrators, faculty, staff, and community partners. Intermediate desktop publishing, word processing and spreadsheet skills necessary. Ability to work with a diverse population. Strong leadership and team management skills.
