Jani-King of Jacksonville is seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Operations to lead one of the largest commercial cleaning operations in North Florida.


This is not your typical operations management position. We are looking for a high-character leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people, solving complex challenges, and building lasting relationships with clients and franchise owners.


As Director of Operations, you'll oversee a team responsible for servicing hundreds of commercial facilities across Northeast Florida while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

What You'll Do


  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Build strong relationships with commercial clients to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Support and mentor franchise owners, helping them grow successful businesses.
  • Conduct facility inspections and implement quality assurance programs.
  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor account performance, profitability, staffing, and operational metrics.
  • Hire, train, and develop operations personnel.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Accounting, and Executive Leadership.
  • Create efficient processes that improve service quality and operational performance.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism while representing the Jani-King brand throughout the community.
