We are looking for an accomplished Director of Asset Management to lead our investment and financial planning division. This executive will oversee portfolio strategy, build and mentor a top-tier team, and ensure exceptional service delivery across our client base.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and expand the asset management division, including portfolio design, investment strategy, and risk oversight.
  • Build and manage a high-performing financial planning and investment team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Drive growth by developing strategies to attract, retain, and expand client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and maintain a clean, ethical practice.
  • Partner with leadership across the firm to align investment management with client objectives.
  • Communicate investment strategies and financial planning solutions with clarity and impact, both in writing and in person.

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensing: Must hold all required financial services licenses (FINRA Series 7, 63/65 or 66; CFP and/or CFA strongly preferred).
  • Experience: 10+ years in asset management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and scaling teams within financial planning and asset management.
  • Leadership: Accomplished leader with the ability to inspire, coach, and retain top talent.
  • Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Location: Must reside in the Los Angeles area.
  • Compliance: Must have a clean IAD (Investment Adviser Disclosure) record.
