Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business needs to drive account growth Act as a representative for Help at Home within the community, enhancing brand awareness and supporting strategic business development initiative

  • Ensure efficient communication channels and procedures that streamline operations and enhance client and referral source management

  • Acquire, retain, and monitor key relationships with Case Managers for contribution towards meeting goals.

  • Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Understand their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and drive account growth

  • Follow up on leads effectively and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain the database with all sales activities.

  • Actively engage with clients to ensure a timely admission process for start of services.

  • Support the onboarding, training, and continuous development of Intake Client Associates. Provide mentorship, feedback, and foster a culture of professional growth.

  • Facilitate collaboration with recruiting and onboarding teams to ensure consistency in best practices and communication across departments.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Two (2) years in client services, or a related role, with a focus on intake processes; experience in healthcare sales preferred.

  • Medicaid, Waiver and Home Healthcare experience preferred.

  • Experience as a manager or team leader preferred.

  • Experience managing relationships with distribution partnerships and/or referral sources a plus.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sedentary - ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

  • Ability to move, transport, or position: ? up to 50 pounds; ? up to 100 pounds

  • Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
