What You'll Do:
  • Serve as the primary contact for first-level HR support, interpreting and applying HR policies to answer employee questions
  • Guide employees on submitting information or documents to HR and escalate complex issues to the HR Operations Supervisor
  • Administer and audit employee data in the HRIS software, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Analyze HR data and generate reports to support HR decision-making
  • Manage various employee-related HR processes, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to improve effectiveness and efficiency in HRIS workflows and processes
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance workflows and employee experience
  • Provide direct audit support, including running reports and reviewing personnel files, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations Supervisor to create and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs)
  • Implement operational processes and procedures based on input from audits conducted by accrediting bodies or HR leadership
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area + 2 years of experience in Human Resources working as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR related function, or similar administrative and technical support position OR
  • High School Diploma or GED + 4 years of experience in Human Resources working as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, HR related function, or similar administrative and technical support position
  • Continuously adapts to new policies and procedures to resolve personnel transactions, inquiries, and issues
  • Duties occasionally may require overtime or work during the evenings or weekends
