Job description

Astin Partners, LLC is seeking a self-directed, highly motivated individual to serve as an Accounting Assistant supporting multiple functions across multiple companies.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • Two years of experience in an accounts payable and/or accounts receivable role preferred. • Experience reconciling accounts, including identifying discrepancies and resolving variances. • Must be able to learn and adapt to multiple functions within the accounting group. • Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred. • Excellent telephone and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. • Must have a strong command of the English language, both oral and written.
