ITS is working with a national client seeking an Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join their team in Austin, Texas.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement instrumentation and facility automation systems for various industries.
  • Prepare wiring plans, diagrams, and control sequences.
  • Develop system architecture and network integration strategies.
  • Design industrial communication networks.
  • Conduct quality control reviews and apply industry standards.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support process improvements.
  • Assist with proposal reviews and workload forecasting.
  • Meet client site requirements, including background checks.
Qualifications: Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Strong knowledge of automation systems and controls engineering.
  • Experience with PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and alarm strategies.
  • Familiarity with industrial process control systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
