We are seeking a dynamic Instrumentation and Controls Lead III to spearhead our most vital upstream production projects. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to lead complex instrumentation scopes from design through commissioning, ensuring operational excellence, safety, and cost efficiency in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Extensive experience in defining and managing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for instrumentation systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate workloads, review standards, and implement procedures across all project phases.
  • Deep knowledge of instrumentation design standards, safety codes, and control system architectures, including P&IDs, control narratives, and instrument datasheets.
  • Proven expertise in selecting and applying hardware such as pressure, temperature, level instruments, control valves, and safety devices.
  • Competence in performing technical reviews, participating in HAZOP/LOPA sessions, and supporting quality and constructability reviews.
