Only candidates with verifiable long-term ROTA nanny experience will be considered.

Position: Rotational Nanny
Location: Austin, Texas
Schedule: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off Rotation | Typically 7:00 AM10:00 PM (1214 hour days)

Compensation: $40-$50/hour, with overtime. Estimated annual earnings of $130,000$180,000+, not including additional travel compensation. All travel days are compensated 24 hours per day at the applicable regular and overtime hourly rates.

Benefits: Comprehensive health insurance, private accommodations, all travel expenses & meals covered. Fly-in/fly-out-the family will cover round-trip flights to and from Austin for each rotation.

A warm, entrepreneurial family in Austin is seeking an exceptional Rotational Nanny to join their team long-term. They have two young children, an infant and a toddler, and are looking for a polished, engaging professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fully staffed household.The family lives on abeautiful 9-acre lakefront estate, with daily housekeeping support, and a private French chef. They value professionalism, kindness, teamwork, and creating a positive environment where everyone enjoys coming to work.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care for the family's infant and toddler
  • Manage daily routines, feedings, naps, developmental activities, and outings
  • Foster a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports each child's growth
  • Travel domestically and internationally with the family
  • Work collaboratively alongside a fully staffed household while maintaining ownership of all childcare responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional nanny experience
  • Previous ROTA nanny experience is required
  • Strong infant and toddler experience
  • Experience working in UHNW or high-profile households preferred
  • Warm, polished, proactive, and highly organized
  • Confident working independently while collaborating seamlessly with parents and household staff
  • Able to manage long workdays with energy, professionalism, and excellent judgment
  • Travel-ready with a valid passport and driver's license
