$22-$26/hour - plus full health benefits
 

**This is an onsite position. All candidates must reside in a 25-mile radius of Des Plaines to be considered.**

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role is an entry level role for candidates looking to build a career in data analytics.
The Data Analyst will work closely with operations, production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to analyze manufacturing data, develop reports, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced analysts, and exposure to a variety of business functions.
Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize data from manufacturing, inventory, and operational systems.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain documentation for reports and data processes while ensuring data accuracy.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
