ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a dedicated Business Systems Analyst (BSA) who is committed to understanding business needs and turning them into clear, actionable system requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with end-users, technical teams, and vendors to analyze processes, document requirements, test system functionality, and support applications across the organization. This role centers on improving business operations through thoughtful analysis, effective communication, and hands-on system support. With opportunities to contribute to new enhancements and maintain existing applications, this position offers a meaningful path to strengthen both functional and technical expertise while driving impactful projects.

Key responsibilities: Requirements Analysis: Conduct interviews with business users and stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Business Process Evaluation: Analyze existing workflows and recommend solutions or improvements that align with organizational goals. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements and expectations are clearly understood and met.

Quality Assurance Testing: Develop test plans and perform functional, usability, and regression testing to validate that systems fulfill documented requirements. User Acceptance Facilitation: Lead UAT sessions, gather feedback from users, and ensure readiness for new or updated system functionality.
