The Data Engineering Professional I is responsible for supporting data integration processes, performing data pipeline development tasks, and assisting in the management of databases to ensure data availability, accuracy, and security. This entry-level professional contributes to building and maintaining scalable data solutions under guidance to support business intelligence, analytics, and operational needs.

Job Description:

  • As a Data engineer - AI / ML Developer the associate is required to architect AI and ML infrastructure.

  • Develop and integrate AI and data using Databricks and other AI tools to provide business values.

  • Implement and maintain AI and Data pipelines within databricks.

  • Design and implement data quality framework for AI and ML.

  • Design, develop and maintain ML system for insurance brokerage and underwriting services for classification, pricing, and other winnability services.

  • Prepare, manage, and train AI to use RAG architectures and Vector Search.

  • Optimize costs for running AI and ML components by providing solutions.

  • Establish security measures for AI and ML as per industry standards and CRC standards.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of AI / ML development experience. Preferably in databricks.

  • 3+years of Designing AI / ML systems.

  • Expertise in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, prompt engineering, LLM fine-tuning

  • Strong coding skills, CI/CD practices in databricks AI / ML.

  • Preferred BI (PowerBi or other visualization) / front end frameworks.
