The Opportunity
As an AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Director, you will leverage advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will apply data, algorithms, and software engineering to build and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions at scale. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will inspire others by translating vision into action, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders.
In this role, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to success. You will create a healthy working environment, maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating potential in others. By actively collaborating across the PwC Network, you will leverage collective strengths to identify market gaps and convert opportunities into success for the firm. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
