  • Deliver insights from transaction data to quantify customer behavior, product impact, and key drivers of performance (for example, spend patterns, frequency, and retention)
  • Support experiments and pilots by defining measurement plans, evaluating results, and communicating implications for product decisions
  • Provide competitive intelligence support by synthesizing internal analytics with relevant industry signals to inform positioning and roadmap discussions
  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reporting for stakeholders, including launch scorecards and executive-ready summaries
  • Ensure analytic rigor through metric definition, documentation, quality assurance, and alignment on a single source of truth for reporting

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Demonstrated experience in product analytics and influencing product or strategy decisions with insights
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Analytics, including analysis, reporting, segmentation, and tracking validation
  • Advanced SQL skills with experience working in Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse
  • Experience analyzing card or debit transaction data and working with large, complex datasets
  • Strong analytical skills, including hypothesis-driven thinking, KPI definition, and ability to structure ambiguous questions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to deliver concise, executive-ready outputs
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to documentation and data quality

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
