Job description

Warehouse Associate

As a CBRE Warehouse Associate, you'll provide service and support to the warehouse by handling shipping and receiving tasks. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. Located on site in Tualatin M-F 7AM-4PM

What You'll Do
  • Inventory & Stockroom Operations
  • Manage day-to-day stockroom operations supporting semiconductor manufacturing tools and maintenance teams
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and locations for critical MRO spare parts
  • Execute cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure high inventory accuracy
  • Monitor stock against min/max levels, reorder points, and lead times
  • Identify and escalate shortages for high-criticality parts to prevent production downtime
  • Ensure stockroom organization meets safety, efficiency, and traceability standards
  • Systems & Data Management
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for purchase orders, inventory transactions, and reporting
  • Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for receiving, put-away, picking, and issuing materials
  • Maintain accurate part master data, supplier records, and inventory parameters
  • Generate reports and insights related to inventory usage, trends, and risk exposure
  • Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and orders for MRO materials
  • Track open orders and proactively expedite critical parts
  • Partner with CBRE procurement and client stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and cost control
  • Resolve discrepancies related to shipments, quality, or invoicing
  • Warehouse Execution
  • Coordinate receiving, inspection, and storage of incoming materials
  • Ensure proper handling of sensitive semiconductor components (ESD compliance where applicable)
  • Support kitting, staging, and distribution of parts to maintenance teams
  • Maintain clean, safe, and compliant warehouse operations aligned with CBRE and client standards
  • Continuous Improvement & Risk Mitigation
  • Evaluate inventory based on part criticality, lead time, and tool impact
  • Recommend improvements to stocking strategies and supplier performance
  • Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery
  • Participate in audits and ensure compliance with client and CBRE operational requirements
What You'll Need

Driving a company vehicle will need a valid Drivers license to run a MVR High School Diploma or GED โ€ข 3โ€“5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, MRO stockroom, or supply chain environments โ€ข Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and WMS platforms โ€ข Background in purchasing, inventory control, and material planning โ€ข Strong understanding of warehouse workflows and logistics processes โ€ข High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and compliance โ€ข Ability to work independently in a self-directed, fast-paced environment โ€ข Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) Physical requirements to include stooping, standing, climbing, and frequent lifting of a minimum of 50 lbs. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
