Team Overview

The Batch Fulfilment Team is responsible for processing and delivering batch jobs based on customer-provided input data. The team ensures that all output data is thoroughly validated and meets established quality standards before delivery to customers. Through careful monitoring, quality checks, and issue resolution, the team helps ensure timely, reliable, and high-quality data fulfilment that supports customer business needs. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

This position is responsible for the execution of fulfilling jobs that includes transforming the data and putting together solutions (required credit data set) for our internal and external customers. The incumbent will support these efforts through working with Off-Line Production Team Members, and global Batch teams, as appropriate. Performance is measured by delivering solutions to our customers, realizing strategic benefits for our organization, and by contributions to teamwork

  • Partner with Client Engagement teams and review client requirements from a technical perspective.

  • Create test plan, design, execute, deliver, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate results.

  • Utilize the ETL Tool and Unix to implement customer solutions.

  • Assists with Unix script setup/modifications on moderate requests, training provided.


Required Knowledge And Experiences

  • Bachelor degree (Information Technology preferred) or equivalent relevant work experience (1+ years).

  • Ability to prioritize tasks to complete work in a timely manner.

  • Work as part of a team and collaborate with team members.

  • Demonstrate ability to share knowledge and collaborate with others across the TransUnion organization.

  • Intermediate experience with Unix and/or Linux

  • Familiarity with ETL tools (however training can be provided for the same)
