Job description

St. Mary's Medical Center is seeking a full time 340B Analyst for our Pharmacy Department. The 340B Analyst, under the supervision of the Chief Pharmacy Officer (CPO) or authorized designee, will assist in maintaining the 340B drug discount programs(s) of Mountain Health Network, Inc., with some responsibilities for data analysis, program optimization, monthly reporting, split billing software maintenance, quarterly self-audits, contract pharmacy program analysis, and all areas of regulatory compliance related to 340B. The analyst will also be able and willing to perform all other duties required of a Certified Pharmacy Technician, as needed.

EDUCATION:

Associate degree (2 yr.) or higher in Business or equivalent years of applicable experience preferred. Pharmacy Technician National Certification/Licensure (or ability to obtain within 6 months) required.

EXPERIENCE:

Three (3) years or more as a hospital pharmacy technician is preferred. Knowledge of the 340B program is preferred. Apexus Advanced 340B Certificate is preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

Good written and oral communication skills, proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and other pertinent IT skills, ability to analyze and report data, ability to interact with all levels of hospital personnel and outside the organization. Must have full understanding of the pharmacy/hospital policies and procedures.
