BabyBots is a growing automation and AI consultancy focused on building intelligent business systems across Microsoft’s Power Platform and Azure ecosystem. We help enterprise and mid‑market organizations modernize operations through automation, analytics, and AI‑driven solutions.

Role Description

You will support the design and delivery of data, automation, and analytics solutions across Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure SQL, and Azure data services.

You will assist in building data pipelines, developing reports and dashboards, integrating systems, and supporting automation workflows – while learning modern engineering practices such as CI/CD, environment management, and scalable platform design.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in building and maintaining Azure‑based data pipelines
  • Support ingestion and transformation of data from multiple sources
  • Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Assist with data modeling and performance optimization
  • Learn and support CI/CD processes (Azure DevOps / GitHub)
  • Follow structured development and documentation standards
Qualifications
  • 2‑3 years experience in a technical role involving data, analytics, or automation
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, Power Platform or Azure services
  • Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
  • Familiarity with cloud concepts and data pipelines
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in Azure and data engineering
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Preferred / Nice to Have
  • Exposure to Azure services (Data Factory, Azure SQL, Synapse, Functions)
  • Power Automate or Power Apps experience
  • Git or version control experience
  • Python
  • Interest in AI/ML or analytics engineering
  • Experience in consulting or client‑facing environments
Additional Information

If you’re technically curious, motivated to learn, and want to build real‑world systems – not just dashboards – this role will give you exposure to enterprise‑grade automation, data engineering, and AI platforms.

To Apply

Submit your resume and include one example of technical work (GitHub link, screenshots, or short description with artifacts) that represents your skills in data, automation, analytics, or cloud systems.
