What Youll Do
  • Create the Magic: Foster a safe, inclusive, and fun classroom where every child feels seen and supported.
  • Dig In: Bring our active learning curriculum to life while letting kids explore their own unique ideas.
  • Lead the Way: Guide playful activities indoors and outfrom movement and dance to ninja and more!
  • Cultivate Growth: Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through creativity and care.
  • Own It: Partner with your team to maintain high licensing and Sunrays safety standards.
What Were Looking For
  • A High School Diploma & 6 months in a licensed childcare facility OR
  • NAC / CDA / CCP / CPC OR
  • 12 total credits (6 in ECE) & 6 months child experience OR
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in ECE or a closely related field (no experience necessary!)
    • AND
  • CPR/First Aid certification & AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Strength & Agility: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids all day.
