Job Description Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a EHS Admin Support , 12 Months Contract role for one of our Fortune 500 clients, at Cupertino, CA (Part-Time) . Apply today for immediate consideration. Hourly Pay: $22 to $26 W2 Location: Cupertino, CA (Hybrid) Schedule: part Time – 16 Hours per week, 2 Days Onsite Duration: 12 Months Contract until Sep 2025 Key Responsibilities: Assist in maintaining laser/equipment inventories. Support Laser, LED, and Equipment Safety inspection process by scheduling inspections, tracking inspection completion metrics and assisting with action item closure. Assist with formatting and processing EHS program documents and procedures. Assist in data collection of EHS performance metrics, training records, audits, access requests, and training management. Assist with analysis of EHS data to produce meaningful reports, tables, graphs and other data insights. Weekly reporting of training completions against asset allocation. Assist in setting up EHS training courses using LMS. Manage onsite deliveries of eyewear, laser barriers, signage, etc. to users requiring safety equipment (if onsite). Key Competencies: Self-motivated and pro-active, with multi-tasking and creative and critical thinking capabilities. Outstanding communication, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization. Analytical skills and experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Performs detailed work, independently, as well as collaboratively. Displays a sense of urgency to problem solve and deliver solutions/results to stakeholders. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred- Science, Business or related field. Adept with iWork Suite (Keynote, Numbers & Pages). Tableau experience preferred. 1-3 years general administrative work experience in EHS and/or related field.
