YOUR MISSION
PUMA is seeking a talented, technically proficient Graphic Designer to join Creative Services, our in-house agency based in Boston, MA. We're looking for someone who is as skilled at brainstorming bold campaign concepts as they are at crafting flawless production files. Your portfolio should demonstrate a flair for visual storytelling, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life across sports, lifestyle, and culture.
We value designers who excel in collaborative, fast-moving environments, keep a finger on the pulse of design and cultural trends, and can articulate their ideas clearly. If you're passionate about shaping a brand's visual identity and have honed both your creative and production expertise, we want to see your work.

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Associate Creative Directors on concepts and execution for out-of-home, digital, social, and retail projects.
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through production and final delivery, ensuring excellence at every step.
  • Lead or participate in brainstorm sessions, contributing both conceptual and visual direction.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to balance creative vision with practical needs such as budget, function, and program requirements.
  • Prepare precise, production-ready files for digital and print, following industry standards for color management, resolution, file formats, and pre-press.
  • Develop decks, mood boards, and presentations for both internal and external reviews.
  • Clearly communicate design concepts to creative teams and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with trends and tools in design, technology, and visual culture.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and file organization with a keen eye for detail.

The base pay for this position is $40 per hour + Product Discount.
YOUR TALENT
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience at a creative agency, brand, or similar setting.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially for print production (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat).
  • Experience using Figma for digital design collaboration.
  • Exposure to generative AI tools for ideation and image creation.
  • Basic skills in motion design (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and both print and digital production.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience in the footwear, athletic, or apparel industries is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender or Cinema 4D.
