21GRAMS is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy. A creative innovate, who is responsible for leading the creative engagements across multiple healthcare client accounts and a creative wordsmith.
This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.
What you'll do:
  • Can structure a complete narrative and be able to write in different voices to suit client and audience
  • Work with ACD, Art to produce standout and strategically focused campaigns and experiences
  • Identify and interview prospective creative candidates
  • Manage teams, creative output and client relationships
  • Concepts, campaign execution that are in line with client strategy
  • Oversee day to day deliverables for team under tight deadlines while delivering best in class work to market.
  • Mentor teams both internally and externally
  • Manage awards submissions and case studies for brand
  • Participate in high level projects and new business pitches

What you should have:
  • Healthcare marketing writing experience for consumer/patient and HCP audiences
  • 5-7+ years of health care/pharma experience in an agency environment
  • A consistent record of creative ability and judgment
  • A comprehensive creative portfolio, demonstrating strong conceptual capabilities and ability to produce work in high-science pharma categories

Pay Range: $170,000-$190,000
The anticipated salary range for this position is listed above. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, and internal parity.
