We are seeking an exceptional Associate Corporate Counsel to support Amazon Music, Amazon's immersive audio entertainment service that deepens connections between fans, artists, and creators. From personalized music playlists to exclusive podcasts, concert livestreams to artist merch, Amazon Music is innovating at some of the most exciting intersections of music and culture.
Key job responsibilities
Structuring, drafting, and negotiating distribution, development, licensing, production, marketing, and other commercial agreements; and providing ongoing legal counsel across a range of fields, including intellectual property, digital media, and regulatory compliance. Some travel may be required.
