Important Accountabilities:

Reporting to the Associate Content Director, Social, you will ensure creative excellence when delivering work for clients. This is the ideal position for someone who is energized by collaborating with teammates and clients and always has their finger on the pulse of social.

  • You will be an individual contributor and create visual social media assets (including Instagram Story wallpaper, layouts, frames) for TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat,YouTubeand other social media channels.

  • You will manage personal production on social contentphotoand video shoots.

  • You will brainstorm inventive content ideas and apply new formats that promote engagement.

  • You will pitch ideated content to internal and client teams

  • You have a passion and interestforcapturing and communicating brand stories through social media formats.

Qualifications:

  • 1-year minimum experience;bachelor'sin advertising, Marketing or related field,required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant fieldrequired

  • Understand how to capture content within social platforms (Instagram Creator Tools, Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok) andprovidevisual guidance on social assets.

  • You must be comfortable shooting on an iPhone and have video editing skills.

  • You have shot in a lit studio environment and are not afraid to do your own styling.

  • Proficiencywith a range of Adobe Creative Products (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Adobe Express, Illustrator)

  • You will work from home doing all aspects of social content creation, including brainstorming, pitching, storyboarding, shooting, and editing.

The hourly pay range for this positionis$53.22-$71.65.The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factorspermittedby law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidaysin accordance withdentsupolicy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
