Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Content Editor at our office in Celina, Ohio. This position plays an important role in reviewing product content within the Graphics Department to ensure accuracy, consistency, proper grammar, correct spelling, and appropriate layout of photos and graphics before materials move forward in the production process. You will identify and report inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for process improvement. This role works closely with associates in the Graphics Department and supports ongoing quality checks throughout the production process. The ideal candidate is thorough, collaborative, and comfortable providing feedback that improves departmental accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Strong attention to detail; Ability to check spelling and grammar and proofread; Strong written communication skills; Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a production-focused environment
