Job Summary
The Associate Consultant is responsible for project management flow, developing research materials, and gathering client feedback within several client accounts. The Associate Consultant partners with more senior department members to develop client leadership and consulting skills.
Client Impact:
• Develop expertise in acting as a trusted partner to clients
• Lead the internal project success throughout Project Lifecycle
• Own creation of applicable research materials, such as respondent homework, discussion guides, questionnaires, and tab/banner specs
• Oversee QA checks on programs, tab specs, and reports
• Lead analysis on qualitative and quantitative data, and create storypoints outline for review and feedback
• Create report draft based on analysis review against the Analytic Plan
• Attend presentation of final report
Team Impact:
• Collaborate with team members to contribute your perspective on insights and to cultivate an environment of innovation
• Demonstrate effective leadership and communication skills to foster a workplace of support and collaboration

What You Have:
• 3-5 years of direct market research experience
• Either at a market research agency or client side (agency experience preferred)
• Experience with a variety of methodologies within quant and qual
• Experience with variety of industries (e.g., auto, tech, entertainment)
• Ability to lead both quantitative and qualitative research projects from start to finish, with a detailed understanding of methodology, team management, and client partnership
• Strong sense of project ownership and leadership: be comfortable directing team members, managing to timelines, anticipating potential problems and identifying solutions
• Willingness to learn and a curiosity about our business
• Ability to travel as needed
• Collaborative and enjoy working within a team
