Your responsibilities

  • Help with the annual planning and organization of work related to pension plan administration.

  • Take part in the production and verification of related work.

  • Train and coach team members

  • Communicate and track the budget.

  • Build clients' satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to their various requests, as well as those of members and trustees.

  • Support the team in carrying out a variety of special projects.

  • Suggest ways of improving our processes.

Core Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science or other relevant training

  • Exceptional team spirit

  • Incisive analytical thinking and attention to detail

  • Well-organized and resourceful

  • Good communication and collaborative skills

  • Highly developed customer service skills

  • Excellent spoken and written French; bilingualism an asset

Salary Range:$ 65,000 - $90,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
