Offered Wage: $145,400.06. - $212,200.00/year

Duties: Automate and deliver repeatable, reliable solutions using Terraform, GitHub, Jenkins, and support application implementations on AWS. Automate remediation of platform defects and security vulnerabilities. Participate in monthly production platform releases. Review and identify IaaS issues or concerns. Assess resource usage and offer recommendations to improve efficiency, maximize utilization, and minimize cloud spend. Drive automation to replace manual operations and existing processes. Provide production support for cloud platform and cloud platform-related incidents. Collaborate with Cloud Architects and Solution Engineers to deliver solutions and projects.

Education & Experience Requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus four (4) years of experience as a Senior Associate - Platform Reliability Engineer - Cloud Technology or related occupation delivering automated, scalable cloud solutions and ensuring platform reliability. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus six (6) years of experience as a Senior Associate - Platform Reliability Engineer - Cloud Technology or related occupation delivering automated, scalable cloud solutions and ensuring platform reliability. Experience must include (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Deploying, maintaining, and automating services within AWS and Azure cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing performance of distributed systems in cloud environments. Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like AWS Cloud Formation. Designing and architecting highly scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions for micro services web applications. Implementing security controls, mitigating vulnerabilities using Wiz scans, and managing SSL certificates to ensure compliance and data protection. Performing end-to-end Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD). Implementing CI/CD Pipelines using Jenkins and Azure DevOps to integrate automated build, test, and deployment workflows. Utilizing enterprise tools such as GitHub, New Relic, Jenkins, Terraform, Artifactory, Nexus, SonarQube, and Fisheye for source control, artifact management, code quality, and observability. Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
