You are:
An experienced Epic Certified Clinical Data Model Consultant
The Work:
Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Clinical Data Model Consultant will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team, software vendor team, and client in the following areas.
1.As an Analytics Practitioner, you will be responsible for developing business insights using predictive statistical modeling activities.
2.Your day-to-day work will involve using analytical tools and techniques to generate and improve decision-making by modeling client, market, and key performance data.
3.You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams.
4.Expert proficiency in Epic Reporting is required.
5.Expert proficiency in Clinical Information Systems is recommended.
6.Expert proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation and Epic Systems, along with advanced proficiency in AI & Data Solution Architecture, are suggested.
7.Apply advanced analytical methods to identify trends and opportunities that support strategic objectives. 8.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights.
9.Support the development and refinement of predictive models to enhance operational efficiency.
10.Guide team members in adopting best practices for data analysis and reporting.
11.Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and analytical processes.
This role is located in one of the following locations and will require on-site 3 days per week. Nashville, TN; Atlanta, GA; Columbus, OH; Dallas, TX

Here is what you need:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Epic Certified Analyst role
Experience and certification in Epic Clinical Data Model

Bonus points if you have:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working for a consulting firm
Experience in at least 1 full implementation of Epic
Experience with Data Models, Clinical, Revenue etc.
SQL experienced
