How you'll make an impact

In this role, you’ll support account teams in delivering exceptional service to Gallagher’s clients. You’ll learn the employee benefits Client Service Cycle, ensuring a seamless renewal process and helping retain business. By familiarizing yourself with Gallagher’s resources and professional standards, you’ll improve efficiency and quality in client deliverables. You’ll assist with preparing RFPs, coordinating vendor responses, and creating client presentations. Through hands-on learning, you’ll observe open enrollment meetings, participate in client calls, and maintain accurate records in the Document Management System (DMS). 

Here’s what you’ll do: 

  • Build positive relationships in your office and support administrative tasks as needed. 
  • Complete Gallagher’s Employee Benefits curriculum and learn from your team. 
  • Exemplify the highest ethical standards and promote The Gallagher Way. 

About You

  • A high school diploma/equivalent and 1+ year of directly applicable experience. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage your time wisely. 
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to support your team. 
  • Interest in building knowledge of Gallagher tools, systems, and shared resources. 

Compensation and benefits

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
