The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Treasurer is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of financial functions for PMMA. This position oversees financial operations ensuring alignment, consistency, and strong governance across PMMA.

The CFO / Treasurer directs complex financial structures, including bond-financed entities and multiple investment portfolios, while partnering with external investment managers to optimize performance and liquidity. This position works closely with external partners, including bondholders, trustees, auditors, and investment managers, to ensure financial strength, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability. This position also works closely with the Finance Audit Census (FAC) Committee and Board of Trustees.
Education, Experience and or Training:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, business administration or related field.

  Master's Degree in accounting, business administration or related field preferred.

  Minimum of ten years' professional experience with at least five years in finance and accounting management.

  CPA/CMA certification preferred.
